2. Services Overview
2.1 B2B Airline Ticketing
Fusion is an ARC-accredited and contracted with IATA, allowing us to issue tickets directly. We offer:
- Special pricing for business clients
- Group booking discounts
- Frequent traveler perks
2.2 Cargo Services
We are specialized in international vehicle shipping from U.S. ports, including cars, SUVs, and trucks. Services include:
- Container shipping (shared or full) for multiple vehicles or added protection
- Export processing from major U.S. ports: (Savannah, GA, Newark, NJ, Norfolk, VA, Houston, TX, Los Angeles, CA,
Miami, FL) - Customs documentation, vehicle title validation, and compliance with U.S. export regulations
- Delivery to countries such as Oman, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and others.
Others:
- Pickup and delivery to U.S. ports
- Shared/full container loading (up to 4 vehicles)
- Export paperwork, customs, and optional marine insurance
- 30 days free storage; daily fees afterward
- Real-time tracking via customer portal
- Bilingual support (English/Arabic)
- Delivery to Oman, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, etc.
§ **Domestic Vehicle Transport**:
- Pickup from Copart, IAAI, Manheim
- Nationwide coverage
- Inspection and documentation
- Real-time updates
§ **Warehouse Locations**:

2.3 Auto Broker Services *(under finalizing the licenses)*
We are pursuing full licensing to offer:
- Vehicle search, bidding, and auction purchases
- Documentation, title transfer, contracts
- Inland transportation and export logistics
- End-to-end tracking and secure vehicle storage
Once licensed, we will operate under New York GBL Article 35-B and will not provide repairs or warranties.
2.3.1 Auto Broker Terms and Conditions
- We do not sell vehicles directly; we act solely as a broker.
- Not responsible for vehicle condition or delays caused by auctions/shipping.
- Fees are non-refundable after service begins.
- Service cancellation only allowed before any action is taken.
- Records retained for at least one year.
- Governed by NYS laws; disputes resolved in NY courts.
- Clients agree to these terms upon use.

4. User Accounts

- The customer provides incorrect documentation or declarations, leading to shipment delay or rejection.
- The customer fails to deliver the vehicle/cargo on time to the port or designated warehouse.
- The shipment is seized, delayed, or rejected by customs authorities due to undeclared items or legal violations.
- The customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue.
