2. Services Overview

2.1  B2B Airline Ticketing

​​Fusion is an ARC-accredited and contracted with IATA, allowing us to issue tickets directly. We offer:

• Special pricing for business clients
• Group booking discounts

• ​​Frequent traveler perks

2.2 Cargo Services

We are specialized in international vehicle shipping from U.S. ports, including cars, SUVs, and trucks. Services include:

1. Container shipping (shared or full) for multiple vehicles or added protection
2. Export processing from major U.S. ports: (Savannah, GA, Newark, NJ, Norfolk, VA, Houston, TX, Los Angeles, CA,
   Miami, FL)
3. Customs documentation, vehicle title validation, and compliance with U.S. export regulations
4. Delivery to countries such as Oman, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and others.

1. Pickup and delivery to U.S. ports
2. Shared/full container loading (up to 4 vehicles)
3. Export paperwork, customs, and optional marine insurance
4. 30 days free storage; daily fees afterward
5. Real-time tracking via customer portal
6. Bilingual support (English/Arabic)
7. Delivery to Oman, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, etc.

​2.3 Auto Broker Services *(under finalizing the licenses)*

We are pursuing full licensing to offer:

1. Vehicle search, bidding, and auction purchases
2. Documentation, title transfer, contracts
3. Inland transportation and export logistics
4. End-to-end tracking and secure vehicle storage

​Once licensed, we will operate under New York GBL Article 35-B and will not provide repairs or warranties.

​2.3.1  Auto Broker Terms and Conditions

1. We do not sell vehicles directly; we act solely as a broker.
2. Not responsible for vehicle condition or delays caused by auctions/shipping.
3. Fees are non-refundable after service begins.
4. Service cancellation only allowed before any action is taken.
5. Records retained for at least one year.
6. Governed by NYS laws; disputes resolved in NY courts.
7. Clients agree to these terms upon use.

​2.3.2  Payment Processing Portal
Clients can:

• Pay invoices online via secure Stripe integration
• Track payments in real time
• Access Odoo-linked customer statements

5. Payment Terms

5.1  Payment Responsibility 

By using Fusion Travel & Cargo Inc.’s services, you agree to pay all charges applicable to your shipment or booking as described at the time of confirmation. You are solely responsible for ensuring timely payment.

5.2  Accepted Payment Methods

We accept multiple forms of payment, including but not limited to:

• Bank transfers

• Credit/debit cards
• Online payment gateways such as Stripe
• Cash payments at authorized locations (where applicable)

5.3  Payment Portal Integration

Our secure payment portal is integrated with our internal Odoo system. Once your invoice is issued, you can log in to your customer portal to:

• View and track your invoices
• Make payments online securely
• Monitor the status of your transactions
• Download payment confirmations and history

5.4  Currency and Conversion

Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated. If you pay in a different currency, any conversion fees or fluctuations are your responsibility.

5.5  Late Payments

A late payment fee may apply if payment is not received by the due date indicated on the invoice. Continued non-payment may result in:

• Withholding of documents or shipments
• Suspension of service
• Legal collection procedures

5.6  Disputed Charges

If you believe there is a billing error, you must notify us within 7 business days of receiving the invoice. We will investigate and respond in a timely manner.

5.7  Refunds and Adjustments

Refunds related to payment issues are addressed in the Refund Policy section of this agreement.

5.8  Third-Party Payment Processors

We use trusted third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) for handling online transactions. These providers may collect additional information and are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

5.9  Disputes and Payment Errors

• Clients must report billing errors within 5 business days of receiving an invoice.
• In case of a dispute, Fusion will conduct a formal internal review.
• Unauthorized chargebacks without prior support contact may result in legal action or service suspension.

6​. Refunds and Cancellations

At Fusion Travel and Cargo Company, we aim to provide reliable and transparent shipping services. We understand that cancellations or changes may arise, and this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

6.1  Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Full refund if the customer cancels before the shipment is booked with a shipping carrier.
• Partial refund (minus processing/administration fees) if the shipment is cancelled after booking but before the container loading or dispatch.
• No refund once the vehicle or cargo is in transit or has been loaded onto the vessel.
• Full refund in the event of a documented error caused by our company, such as duplicate charges or failed shipment bookings due to internal issues.

6.2  Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

• The customer provides incorrect documentation or declarations, leading to shipment delay or rejection.
• The customer fails to deliver the vehicle/cargo on time to the port or designated warehouse.
• The shipment is seized, delayed, or rejected by customs authorities due to undeclared items or legal violations.
• The customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue.

6.3  How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, customers must:

• Contact us by email or phone within 5 business days of cancellation or issue.
• Provide the invoice number, shipment reference, and reason for the request.
• Attach any supporting documentation (e.g., payment receipt, proof of cancellation).
• Requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days, and eligible refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
