Bidding & Purchasing:
- We place bids on your behalf and secure the vehicle once won at major U.S. auctions.

Documentation & Title Handling:
- We manage the required auction paperwork, title transfer, and documentation for shipping or registration abroad.
- Providing vehicle history reports (Carfax or Autocheck)
- Written Contracts: Every transaction is backed by a formal agreement.

Transportation to Port:
- We arrange inland towing or transportation from the auction yard to the shipping port.

Export & Shipping:
- As part of our logistics services, we handle international shipping — offering containerized or RoRo shipping based on your location and vehicle type.
End-to-End Tracking:
- You’ll be updated at every step, from auction to delivery, with full visibility of your vehicle’s status.
- Legal and financial consultation before purchase.
- Secure vehicle storage in our lots until shipment or pickup.

Terms and Conditions

We do not sell vehicles directly. We act solely as a broker on behalf of clients in U.S. auctions and provide advisory and documentation services.

We are not responsible for vehicle condition, malfunctions, or delays caused by the auction or shipping companies. It is the client’s responsibility to verify vehicle details.

Fees and Payments

Fees are agreed upon prior to service initiation. Once the service begins or a purchase is made, fees are non-refundable.

Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel services before any actionable steps are taken. Once service execution begins, cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund.

Record Keeping

We maintain records of transactions and communications for at least one year in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of the state.
